_The legal packages _

The Legal Packages are our fixed-price legal assistance packages, directed at clients looking for the quick and effective handling of all requirements relating to:

i) incorporating a company;
ii) setting up a company website;
iii) the company’s internal and external privacy policies.

We have five different packages and they are all available in either an Italian or a bilingual version (Italian / English or Italian / Spanish). In each case, the client will know exactly what services the package includes and how much it will cost.

Please find below a description of the five packages.

_1_incorporation pack_

Includes:

assistance in choosing the most appropriate form of incorporation, in evaluating capital stock and contributions and in appointing auditors
drafting the certification of incorporation and the articles of association
registration at the Italian Companies Register.

_2_web pack_

Includes:

drafting a company’s website terms & conditions
drafting a company’s website privacy policy
filing a Community or Italian trademark

_3_ start-up privacy pack_

Includes:

drafting a privacy policy for employees’ data
drafting a privacy policy for customers’ data
a checklist for any other data protection law requirements

_4_basic privacy pack_

Includes:

comprehensive analysis of the processing of employees/other third party personal data
drafting a privacy policy for customers’ data
a checklist for any other data protection law requirements

_5_advanced privacy pack_

Includes:

all the contents of the basic privacy pack, plus
assistance in drafting documents and in meeting all the requirements for personal
data protection law compliance, including the transfer of personal data abroad,
direct marketing and profiling (notification to the Italian Data Protection Authority,information notices, data controller/data processor agreements etc.)
a checklist for any other data protection law requirements
