We check the client’s advertising campaigns to ensure compliance with the applicable laws. We also assist clients in procedures before the Italian Advertising Authority and the Italian Competition Authority.

We provide advice as to the compliance of the client’s data processing with the applicable laws. We also assist clients in data protection disputes, both before courts and before the Italian Data Protection Authority.
