PROSECUTION & STRATEGY

We provide priority search to check availability of a new design, assess its strength and help the clients setting a strategy for the development of their design portfolio. We then apply for the registration of the relevant designs.

COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS

We draft and negotiate the client’s commercial agreements, including design and consultancy agreements, trademark and/or design licence or assignment agreements.

E-COMMERCE

We assist clients in setting up their e-commerce portal, including by drafting the required T&Cs and privacy policies and by ensuring compliance of the entire website with advertising, data protection and consumer laws.

ADVERTISING

We check the client’s advertising campaigns to ensure compliance with the applicable laws. We also assist clients in procedures before the Italian Advertising Authority and the Italian Competition Authority.

DATA PROTECTION

We advise on the client’s compliance with the applicable data processing laws. We also assist clients in data protection proceedings, both before the courts and before the Italian Data Protection Authority.
