Martini Manna listed in the IAM Patent 1000 among top Italian patent practitioners

Martini Manna and its partners have been listed in the 2014 edition of the IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners guide as top patent practitioners in the Italian jurisdiction.

According to the guide’s editors, “… modern spin-offs such as Martini Manna are really flourishing; typically regarded as more commercial in their approach, these ensembles are best placed to handle the needs of enterprises protecting and enforcing cutting-edge technologies domestically and internationally“.The firm is described as “… one of a new breed of young, dynamic Italian law firms cutting a dash on the IP stage. It distinguishes itself from some of the country’s more traditional service providers by its resolutely pragmatic approach to intellectual property – its creative lawyers are passionate about securing commercial advantages for patrons.”

Elena Martini and Luigi Manna both feature individually in the patent litigation rankings. Of Elena Martini, the guide says: “Elena Martini continues to build her reputation – her ability to broker advantageous settlement agreements is admired, but when matters proceed to the courtroom, she shines there too“. Luigi Manna, according to the guide, “is great to work with – he provides advice in a timely fashion and has outstanding attention to detail. He can quickly get to grips with very complicated technology.”
