PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES INCLUDE:

  • Running anti-counterfeiting programs for brands, media, entertainment and design companies, including by:
    - enforcing IP rights in court against online intermediaries, including ISPs, payment providers and sales platforms
    - handling European Customs seizure programmes to have infringing goods halted at the Italian borders
    - liaising with the Fiscal Police for the seizure of infringing goods at trade fairs

  • Acting for brands and luxury brands in domain name and trademark infringement cases, including against unlawful parallel imports and against dealers not belonging to the client’s selective network

  • Acting for leading design companies in court proceedings for the infringement of their copyrights, design rights and 3d trademark rights

  • Acting in know-how infringement proceedings for a number of companies in the electronics, technology and mechanical engineering fields

  • Acting in cross-border patent infringement litigation, in particular for key-players in the pharmaceutical field

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for clients in different market areas, including NDAs, IP licence, R&D, marketing, co-marketing, advertising sales, outsourcing, distribution agreements

  • Advising companies in respect of the compliance of their advertising campaigns with the applicable advertising and data protection laws

  • Assisting several companies active in different fields in the realisation of local and international prize competitions
