LUCA MUSSO
Luca is a criminal lawyer providing of-counsel assistance to Martini Manna in IP and commercial cases involving criminal law. He is also a Fellow in Criminal Law at the University of Brescia and Lecturer in Criminal Law at the Post-graduate Law School of the University of Brescia.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES INCLUDE:
Advising and assisting leading companies and corporations in criminal proceedings concerning IP/IT crimes, including infringement of trademarks, patents and copyrights in relation to pharmaceutical products, textile, mobile phones, furniture design, automobiles and motorcycles, software, audio-visual and cinematographic works
Providing in-court and out-of-court assistance to leading Italian and multinational companies in the field of corporate criminal law, including company, banking, bankruptcy, financial, environmental and tax crimes
Providing in-court and out-of-court assistance to leading Italian and multinational companies with regard to national and international bribery
Assisting leading Italian and foreign companies in relation to unintentional offences, especially when committed in violation of Health and Safety rules
Advising in drafting, implementing and updating compliance programs as set forth by Legislative Decree 231/2001 on companies’ administrative liability deriving from crimes committed by their representatives
Assisting companies and other legal entities in criminal proceedings concerning administrative liability deriving from crimes committed by their representatives
